It is recommended that you download the Outlook app instead of using your default Mail app to log into your work email.

iOS

1. Navigate to the App store and download Outlook 
2. Open the Outlook App 
3. Tap Settings>Add Account>Add Email Account
4. Type in your Microsoft 365 email address, then tap Add Account
5. Enter in your Microsoft 365 password from 1Password
   1. Open 1Password and navigate to your Microsoft 365 password (may be called Office365, O365, or just your email address)
   2. Tap on your password and select copy
6. Paste your password into the password field and tap sign in
7. Open Authy>copy the code for your Microsoft 365 account (may be called Office365, O365, or just your email address) and enter the code when prompted
8. A popup asking you to sync your calendar, contacts, etc. Tap No.  
9. Swipe through the intro and Outlook should now be set up. Please be sure that your inbox and calendar are synced. If either are not contact IT and we can assist. 

Android 

1. Navigate to the Google Play store and download Outlook 
2. Follow steps 2-9 in the iOS instructions above

To connect your Office 365 email to your default mail app, follow the instructions below. 

iOS Default Mail App

1. Go to your device's Settings, scroll down and tap Mail> Accounts>Add Account
2. Select Exchange
3. Type in your Microsoft 365 email address(may be called Office365, O365, or just your email address). Tap Next.
4. Enter in your Microsoft 365 password from 1Password
   1. Open 1Password and navigate to your Microsoft 365 password (may be called Office365, O365, or just your email address)
   2. Tap on your password and select copy
5. Paste your password into the password field and tap sign in
6. Open Authy>copy the code for your Microsoft 365 account (may be called Office365, O365, or just your email address) and enter the code when prompted

Android Default Mail App

1. Go to your device's Email app and tap Add Account or go to Settings in the Mail App>Add Account
2. Enter in your Microsoft 365 email address(may be called Office365, O365, or just your email address). Tap Next.
3. When prompted for password, enter in your Microsoft 365 password from 1Password
   1. Open 1Password and navigate to your Microsoft 365 password (may be called Office365, O365, or just your email address)
   2. Tap on your password and select copy
4. Paste your password into the password field and tap sign in
5. Open Authy>copy the code for your Microsoft 365 account (may be called Office365, O365, or just your email address) and enter the code when prompted
