Emergency Dialing (911)

Q. What happens when I dial 911 from within the Zoom application?

A.  If you do dial 911 from within the Zoom application, the call will go to the 911 operators at the city nearest the Kipuka you were assigned to by HR when you were hired.

The 911 operators will see the address of that Kipuka on the call.  If you are not physically at that location during the emergency, we recommend that you do NOT use Zoom to dial 911, but that you use your mobile phone instead.

Note:  LT Zoom Admins will be alerted that you called 911.

Logged into various places at the same time?

Q. Can I be logged into Zoom from more than one place at a time?

A.  You can be logged into website portal, one computer app and one mobile app at the same time.
